Invenire Process

Invenire Leadership CoachingHow We Work

  • We schedule an initial meeting with prospective clients to gain a clear understanding of the particular issues or challenges that they are currently facing and would like our help in resolving.
  • During that initial session we establish what the clients’ expectations and desired outcome are and how committed they are to the overall process.
  • We stress the fact that all matters discussed during the coaching sessions are held in confidence.
  • Where we are retained by a client’s employer we will provide regular status updates to the client’s manager and/or sponsor while maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Our initial engagement period is for a minimum of six months.
  • Individual sessions vary from forty-five to ninety minutes in length depending on whether they are held weekly or bi-weekly. Sessions may be conducted either in person or by telephone.
  • Once an agreement to move forward with the engagement has been reached we have them sign our standard coaching agreement.
  • Depending on the issue the client wants to address we may ask him or her to complete one or more of the following assessments: 1) Clifton StrengthsFinder 2.0 which identifies their talents; 2) Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step I and Step II to determine their personality type; 3) Energy Leadership Index to assess their attitude and how they show up. We also have the client prepare a personal development and action plan. We then utilize the information gathered from the assessments and the plan as a roadmap for our coaching.
  • We regularly measure our progress against the assessments and the development and action plans throughout the engagement to ensure that clients are making the desired progress and are benefitting from our coaching.
  • We routinely assign homework between sessions which is intended to encourage and reinforce the desired change.
